How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 6-9 months in advance for best prices and availability for longer trips. Shorter getaways can be booked weeks or a couple of months prior. But it is a great idea to let your Travel Advisor (me!) know if you are thinking about traveling over the next year or so!

Rhonda planned a 2-week itinerary for us to Italy & Greece. She made sure that from the start of the trip to the end we never once had to worry about anything! We started in Rome & from the time we landed in Rome until when we left Athens, we felt like we were being taken care of 1st class! Rhonda is an amazing travel agent. Her efficiency, responsiveness, availability and caring personality was an enormous benefit to someone traveling overseas for their first time. I was so excited to go to Japan, I had no idea where to begin. Rhonda was recommended to me to utilize as our travel agent. We had a great experience using her for our Mexico trip, however, Japan is a different ballgame compared to traveling from CO to Mexico. She helped us every step of the way for this trip. Traveling overseas to foreign country for the first time can be stressful and anxious, she made this trip an amazing stress-free adventure! I preferred to have her do all of the leg work booking trips and experiences in Japan, it did not disappoint! I also wanted some free time for random exploration which she made sure we had a good balance of booked tours/activities and free time. We went to popular places such as Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Hakone. This was the best vacation I've ever had; Japan was incredible and Rhonda made it possible! We did private tours with guides in every city, they all spoke English and were very friendly and informative. We also did food tours, a green tea tour, and a lot of exploring in Tokyo. We had one minor hiccup, Rhonda responded and was willing to do whatever necessary despite there being a 15 hour time difference! The hotel ended up being able to address our concerns. This was a QR code not scanning for our luggage to be transported to our next location. All of our hotels were clean and spacious and the staff were incredible. I will MOST definitely be utilizing Rhonda for every vacation in the future, 100/10!
